Galactic Civilizations is strategy oriented game which is being launched in May 2015 for Personal computers of Microsoft Windows.
Earlier in 2006, its second version known as Dread Lords was launched with the name of Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords.

Galactic Civilization 3 has this feature which makes the gamers able to play the game in multi player mode. The graphics, color and theme of this new version of Galactic Civilizations III are very attractive and improved then the previous versions of this GC series.
The game is launched and developed by Stardock. This latest edition of the game has much more thrill as well as strategic planning involved.
Galactic Civilizations 3 Gameplay
The game has a mission to start with, having only the world to live in. Then as the game progresses, the gamer has to expand his area of rule through wars and conquering by military force other planets of the galaxy. This way the gamer has to expand his existence and his kingdom. We can say that, just like Stronghold Crusader game, you have to build your power and force. The only difference is that, there you have to fight on Earth, while in Galactic Civilization, you are fighting in planets. In other words, this game is a Sci-Fi version of Stronghold Crusader. The important point from a gamer’s point of view is that the strategic decision which a gamer will make will be affecting his citizens. For the first time, a new feature is added which is called “Create your faction” which lets the gamer to introduce his own citizens and civilizations. The technology, creations, ships, tools, everything can be customized and modified as per the liking of the gamer.
Another new feature is called “New Battle System” in this system; a battle can be fought by assigning separate roles to different ships. This makes the war more challenging, fast and competitive.
