How to Root Redmi 2 (without PC)
We are using the Native root method, in this you just need to install the ROOT Zip file and flash it using Updater App. (links below)

Download required for rooting redmi 2 (without PC)
1. Redmi 2 Root Flashable Zip - Get it hereFollow these Steps to ROOT REDMI 2
Step 1. Download the zip File on your phone and Place them anywhere, where you can find them easily.Step 2. Now Open UPDATER APP in your Redmi 2. In right Corner tap on Three Dots And it will open a menu like below image.
Step 3. select "Choose Update Package" and locate your downloaded UPDATE.zip File. Tap on the file, now your phone will restart automatically.
Step 4. Again open Updater app and locate "2014811_V7.0.5.0.KHJMICI_ROOTEnable.zip" File phone will restart automatically.
"Your phone is rooted now. Now you just have to Allow app to use Root permission from 'Security' App on your Redmi 2."
Step 5. Go to Security App > Permission - Root access and allow apps to use root.
Step 5. (optional.) For ease, So can also install SuperSu to Allow app's to use Root privilege.
You can Download SUPERSU App from Play store and can install that.

Step 4. Again open Updater app and locate "2014811_V7.0.5.0.KHJMICI_ROOTEnable.zip" File phone will restart automatically.
